Devin Barnette serves as Finance Manager for Knox Education Foundation, covering a range of duties including financial reporting, payroll processing, financial analysis, and assistance with annual budgets.

He earned an associate degree in business accounting from Roane State Community College, where he graduated with highest honors, summa cum laude, and received the 2022 Top Accounting Student Award. He previously served in the Tennessee Army National Guard as an Intelligence Analyst.

Devin resides in Briceville, Tennessee, with wife, Ittress and their three daughters, Lonna, Carmen, and Adriel, and son, Malachi. In his free time, he enjoys playing piano, guitar and bass guitar and serving as pastor at Briceville Church of God.
